Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you order from The Man Cave Club. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Your 14-day right to change your mind

If you’re a consumer, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when the last item arrives.

To cancel, tell us clearly before the 14 days are up, by emailing themancaveclub30@gmail.com with your order number, or by sending the model cancellation form at the bottom of this page. You don’t have to give a reason.

Sending items back

Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling, to: The Man Cave Club, La Drova, 46758 Barx (Valencia), Spain.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of sending items back is paid by the customer. For large or bulky items (furniture, fridges, jukeboxes and similar) that can’t go by normal post, we’ll tell you the estimated return cost before you send them back.
Pack items carefully. You’re responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the items more than needed to check what they are, their features and how they work (the same way you could in a shop).

Your refund

We’ll refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait until we’ve received the items back, or until you’ve shown proof that you’ve sent them, whichever is first. Refunds go back to the original payment method, at no extra cost to you. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard delivery, we only refund the cost of the standard option.

Items that can’t be returned for change of mind

Sealed grooming, personal-care or hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery.
Sealed alcoholic drinks once the seal has been opened.
Items made or personalised to your specifications.

This doesn’t affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, email themancaveclub30@gmail.com with your order number and a photo as soon as you can. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund and cover the return postage. Under Spanish law, goods come with a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery.
