Terms of Sale
These terms apply to every order placed on themancave.club. The shop is run by The Man Cave Club, Z2939845-J, La Drova, 46758 Barx (Valencia), Spain (“we”, “us”). Contact: themancaveclub30@gmail.com.
1. Orders
When you place an order you’ll get an email confirming we’ve received it. The contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is out of stock, was mispriced by an obvious error, or we can’t deliver to your address.
2. Age
You must be 18 or over to buy from us. Alcoholic drinks are only sold and delivered to adults aged 18+, and our carrier may ask for ID on delivery.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
UK orders: UK import VAT and duties are included in our prices, so there is nothing extra to pay on arrival.
4. Delivery
We ship tracked across the UK and Europe. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days from dispatch; see our Delivery page. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, contact us and we’ll refund or resend it.
5. Cancellations, returns and guarantee
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and goods come with a 3-year legal guarantee. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
6. Product information
We do our best to show products accurately. Colours and sizes on screen may vary slightly. Neon, lighting and electrical items are supplied for the voltage stated on the product page.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. We’re not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
8. Complaints and law
If you have a problem, email us first and we’ll try to fix it quickly. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request. These terms are governed by Spanish law; if you’re a consumer you can also rely on the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and bring a claim in the courts of your home country.
